Hi,
I want to know about cable specification for a HWIC-1DSU-T1 .
Is the cable pin assignment same with a WIC below ?

Yes, that is the correct pin specification for the T1 WIC card.

Information on above link is correct. Let me shed some more light on it.
Remove Cable 3, 6,7 and 8. Cable at pin 1 will go to pin 4 at other end. Similarly, 2 will be mapped to pin 5 . This will be used to Rx (Input). Now for output Pin 4 will connect to Pin 1 and Pin 5 will connect to Pin 2.
1---4 Rx (Input)
2---5 Rx (Input)
4---1 Tx (Output)
5---2 Tx (Output)
