I can ping all equipmet however internal router no.

I have 3825 in my corporate offices and my external offices I have 1811.

I have one offices I I can ping all equipmet however internal router no.

example

1811

external router  172.16.10.2  ok

internal router  10.2.1.1  no ping  from  3825

computer 10.2.1.101 ping fin from 3825

Thanks for any sugestion and ideas.

I think we would have to see some configurations and understand how all of this is connected together (topology).  Does the device you cannot ping have a route back to the device you are pinging from?

Thanks for answer my request. I attached file configuration my 3825 corp, 1811 pack and 1811 farm.

I have corp office 3825

G0/0 external wan1.  My provider is PIN. Give clear chanel beetwen my site.

G0/0 extenal wan 2 this don't work for now very well. Provider is working to change his network configuration.For now I call EOT.

FastEthernet0/1/0 is internet access.

interface FastEthernet0/1/1  my router in corporate offices.

My server hare Vlan10

Have external place call pack with a 1811.

I can ping from corpore office  router external 172.16.10.3 and router internal 10.3.1.1 it is ok. and from pack I can ping my internal in coporpore (10.1.1.1 or 10.0.1.1). Provider is PIN 172.16.10.3

I can ping from corpore office  router external 172.16.10.2 and  I can't  ping his internal router 10.2.1.1 however I can ping 10.2.1.110 computer my internal network in farm. From farm I can ping my internal in coporpore (10.1.1.1 or 10.0.1.1) and all server and computer. Provider is PIN 172.16.10.3.

I am a bit lost with this.

the 172.16.10.2 address is not on the config you attached, so you must be pinging from another router.

if you cant ping 10.2.1.1 from your 1811. few basics you have to check:

1-on the 1811 do a show ip route 10.2.1.1 what does iit show?  do the same on the next hop

2-do a traceroute to 10.2.1.1 from your 1811 and check your last good hop. log into that and do a sh ip route to 10.2.1.1

please cut and paste your findings in a new post.
