Hi Daniel,

the command you're looking for is "restrict". Please see below:

CSS(config)# restrict ?  

  console             Restrict Console access

  ftp                 Restrict FTP access

  secure-xml          Restrict secure XML access

  snmp                Restrict SNMP access

  ssh                 Restrict SSH access

  telnet              Restrict Telnet access

  user-database       Restrict User Database access

  web-mgmt            Restrict Web Management access

  xml                 Restrict XML access
