I am verifying an inventory for a client for which my company is upgrading the network equipment. I have a few serial numbers without the model number on my inventory and wanted to know how I can look up a device and get the model number. I do not have access to the switches in question and was hoping this was available on cisco's web site..

I know cisco ccrc web site I had used to check contract & serial numbers.
Currently I have more than 200 Serial numbers How to check bulk serial number contract details status.
Please guide on this.

hi
if you want ot check cisco model number with Serial number, you have to login into cisco account and click on add device, then put serial number in it, and it will show prouduct id and you wil find model number.
