Impact of changing MTU on 6500 with Sup720

Hi,

I need to change the MTU on a few 6500 switches with the Supervisor 720, we are running 12.2(33)SXH6.

I need to understand if there is any possible impact to network services when changing the systems global egress MTU with the following command:

Switch(config)# system jumbomtu 9216
