Hi Arun,
As there are no outputs attached (i.e show tech or show logs) I dont know if there is any logs been displayed over there.
, it seems to meit's a minor issue which can be fixed by reseating the module 8. Below is my action plan.
1.Please physically reseat the module 8.
2.I see you have similar module ws-x6548-rj45 in slot 8 and 9 on the switch.
I will suggest you to swap the module in slot 8 and slot 9.
The issue can be with the module, chasis or the power supply. In order to
isolate it you can try the above mentioned action plan.

We may want to look at the airflow around the chassis. There may be something
blocking the intake, or there may be a temperature problem in the room the
system is in. Additionally we want to ensure there is not another device
blowing hot air into the intake.
If all this are okay then only thing I could see is to have the module replaced.

ok thanks..
But
module 8 outlet temperature: N/O
module 8 inlet temperature: N/O
N/0 in the sense not operational.

Hi Arun,
Yes thats correct. N/O means not operational.
As suggested please check all the following things:
1- Air intake
2- Reseat of the module
3-swapping the module to anther slot.
