Hi,
Input and output packet are not showing in VLAN 41 of Cisco WS-C4510R-E (MPC8548)Switch, IOS cat4500e-entservicesk9-mz.122-52.SG.bin. However the nodes connected via VLAN 41 are able to communicate with others nodes in VLAN 41. Below is the VLAN status. Attached is the Tech-Support.

The device are connected in the same switch and are in the same vlan (41) ?
Then it's normal that you don't see any traffic. You are checking a L3 interface there, but if the devices are in the same vlan they are switching the packets in the L2, so the packets are not travelling through SVI interface.
You can even have not interface VLAN41 and the devices in the same vlan will be able to communicate to each other.
Only packets from devices in VLAN41 to and from any other VLAN will be seen into the statistics of SVI interface.
Let me know if this helps.
