@Fahim.scor what is the switch model? if its L3 capable, you can enable routing suing #ip routing command. make sure user PC's gateway IP address is set to switch's VLAN ip address. then it will do the communication between two networks.

Yes i have Layer3 switch.Made DHCP POOLS and provided default gate as VLAN interface IP and DNS SERVER address as ISP PROVIDE.ALL the laptops ping all vlan interfaces iP but not each other in different vlans .

give 5min time to read the suggestion provided,

post your test results here ?

1. check the PC has FW which stops pining each other ?

2, what is the IP address of the device source and what destination IP you trying to ping

3. show IP route and show IP interface brief from your Layer 3 switch ?

4. as long as suggested Links show IP routing enabled you should able to ping each other inter-VLAN routing.

5.  show run, device model and IOS code running also help us to direct you in the correct syntax if any special needed?
