Inter vlan routing: Ping one way and not the other way around

I have attached the document with set up for reference.

I can ping from PC in one  VLAn to another but not the other way around, please see the  attached document with layout.

Not sure what am I missing here.

Hi,

As I seen your switches configuration, Switch A is working as Layer 3 switch, where you performing Intervlan routing. 

My Suggestion as:

Please set the default gateway of all your PC / Desktop / Laptop etc. as below

Devices which are in VLAN 1
Gateway  10.6.0.1 

!
Devices which are in VLAN 2
Gateway:  s 10.6.2.1 

!
Devices which are in VLAN3
Gateway:  10.6.3.1 

And remove one command from your switch A
ip default-gateway 10.6.0.250

Witch typing following command: (If this command will not working then you should disable IP routing first and after that type again.)

no ip default-gateway 10.6.0.250

I already had all configuration set up on pc's as you can see in spreadsheet. I just removed the default gateway also. But no luck.
