Interface and Reset

Hi,

I have a Catalyst 4003, I have been trying to interface into the WS-X4232-L3 module to access the fast ethernet ports to shutdown some of them. However, I cannot figure out the interface for them?

Secondly, the switch is secondhand. Someone left a password on the Supervisor Engine and I can't acces it. I tried looking for a recovery password so I can make a few changes, but I haven't been able to find anything specifically. It is a WS-X4012.
