Interface module not up C9500 series

Hi Guys,

I have implemented WLC SZ144 connected to core switch 9500 by connecting using fiber patch cord. I used Cisco module model GLC-LH-SMD on both side cisco and WLC, but I don't  see any port up on both devices. anyone have experience, please help. thank!

couple of suggestions.

1. where is each device - is this going via different patch pannels (then twist the patch lead and check)

2. check the port config- try to set speed 1000 and see if that works.

3. try no negotiation

1. Devices in the same rack and connected each other directly via fiber patch cord.

2. here is the config on port 

interface TwentyFiveGigE1/0/23
description Link To WLC01 P-SFP
switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,10,100,101,102
switchport mode trunk
switchport nonegotiate

3. command no negotiate use already.

Note: the c9500 is 25GB port and WLC is 10GB port.

that ok as long as you have same SFP used both the side (in your case 10G-SR i guess)

can you post the information before requested :

show interface TwentyFiveGigE1/0/23

show interface TwentyFiveGigE1/0/23 trans details

show version
