IOS for 2801 and 2811?

can i use equal IOS for router 2811 and 2801? and what ios i can use?

The IOS is the same for both routers. What IOS, that is up to you and feature set you need.

Just a note, the ios is not the same. If you mix up the router won't boot.

Peter is correct.  It is different between the 2801 and 2811.  As mater of fact according to CCO the IOS for 2851, 2821 and 2811 is the same  but the 2801 is different

For 2811, 2821, and 2851
