IOS Ftp server - no more

Hi. Dont know if this is the right topic, but I encountered a strange problem. Uploaded a fresh IOS to my router 2821 with c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-11.T.bin and found that the ftp-server command is gone and there is no ftp server in IOS anymore. Is this a bug? Or it should be so?

ftp-server enable ????
