I have the below network ,I am looking for a best ip addressing scheme  between core and access and between cores

Hello,

can you revise the drawing and add names to the links, indicating whether these are supposed to be layer 2 or layer 3 links ? Also, do you need a management IP for each device ?

There are multiple vlan stretched to different switches
what is the best practice in this case
there are telphone pc's for different department , the departments are spanned to different locations in the building
Also wireless , Do I need to add svi on each switch for ssid vlans
