IP Routing Issue

Hey guys

Little problem but I spend 3 days and didn't solve the problem:

We can reach POLYCOM Voice gatekeeper from Toronto Office but other branches can't reach to gatekeeper. Other company brached can ping Toronto too so I make couple of static routes so that other branched can also access the POLYCOM Voice gatekeeper but they didn't.

I am writing traceroute from Calgary to gatekeeper(65.39.130.112):

172.80.0.1
192.168.20.105
192.168.20.17
192.168.20.1
192.168.20.98 Toronto G0/1 interface


Traceroute from Toronto to gatekeeper (65.39.130.112)

172.16.0.168 Toronto G0/0 interface
11.0.1.97
65.39.130.112

everything is working fine between all sites except this gatekeeper issue and due to this I can't use voice bridging system.

Sorry, maybe I didn't put it the right way. My fault.

I mean the router configuration, the result of the sh run command.

Could you please post it? Having removed the private data of course.

Attached files are configuration files for both routers, I changed most parts of configuration.

Does Galgary ping other hosts at Toronto except from the voice gatekeeper?

everything is working five except the gatekeeper IP. I can ping my servers and all is OK.

Which host or interface is IP address 11.0.0.97?

In addition, the second HOP of traceroutes from Toronto router is 10.0.1.97. Is this a typo?

If IP address 11.0.0.97 is on another router's interface, have you checked whether there's an ACL than denies traffic to the network 192.168.0.0/16?

its a polycom provider and I called 4 or 5 times to them and they said everything is OK
