Hello, I have an echo-request IP SLA running on my router.
How can I poll the MIB for this to get a percentage value of uptime ?

are you looking for the MIB, or are you asking what values to poll in the MIB ?
Either way, this should be the relevant MIB:

Cisco has about 5 MIBs dedicated to IPSLA. I looked through all the values but could not find anything that specifically mentions percentage of successful ECHO requests, at least not explicitly. Maybe it is worded differently, have a look at the MIBs (I provided the links):
