what are you wanting?
You are not very clear in what you are wanting to do.
You want to subnet the block.
This much is understood.
You have a /27 which provides 32 addresses, 30 usable.
How many subnets do you want and how many hosts in each subnet do you want?
According to this last post you want 2 subnets, which by your statement would be a /28
16 addresses each, 14 usable.
Then you mention a /29
So, by what you need you will have more than 2 subnets. You will end up with 3, a /28 and 2 /29's
10.0.0.0/27
10.0.0.0 - .31
10.0.0.1 - .30
/28 255.255.255.240
10.0.0.0 - .15
10.0.0.1 - .14 (usable)
/29 255.255.255.248
10.0.0.16 - .23
10.0.0.17 - .22 (usable)
/29 255.255.255.248
10.0.0.24 - .31
10.0.0.25 - .30 (usable)
Is this what you are talking about?
