is it possible to tag non-video data as video data for the data coming form specific access port?
can it be faster for non-video data coming from specific access port?
if so, where to configure these?
what are the commands?
besides LAN do this, can WAN do this ?

you will need to apply it on a Layer 3 device like your wan router. please note that QoS is not a silver bullet that instantly makes traffic perform better. I suggest you read up on the basics of qos and what it can do. there is plenty on cisco.com cheers
