Is the order within the a qos class-map important?

Hello Expert,

Below is a Qos class mapping

Class Map match-any Bulk-data (id 1)

   Match protocol smtp

   Match protocol nntp

   Match protocol pop3

   Match protocol imap

   Match protocol exchange

   Match protocol custom-01

   Match protocol icmp

Question does the order of listing above inpact on the Qos priority.

Example i have icmp defined at the bottom of the list , will this receive the less priority that say smtp which at the top of the list.?

Logically as long at the match statement can't match the same packet, order shouldn't matter.  (Within a single class map, an overlap will still match the class, but might throw off your match statistics.)

Physically, it may impact performance.  I.e. you might want to order by the most likely match frequency.
