swap the cable out, CRC are low level errors and typically indicate cabling problems. however the % of errors is low. is any traffic impacted by this at all?

I am facing issue with end user interface getting down after certain amount of time and them comes up automatically after 5-10 Request timed out.

Hello,
on a side note, what is the uptime of your device ? The counters have never been cleared, so there is no way telling how old these errors are. Can you either clear the counters or better yet, reboot the device ?
