My question is: I will have packets that come from sw1 to a server, its possible to make load balancing on the switch in order to he decided if the packet goes to server 1 or server 2?
I cannot see how can be possible if the servers will have differents ip address.
Can anyone explain please?

You have two options; Server Load Balancing (SLB) on the higher end switches or the Application Control Engine (ACE).
