Keep VLAN 1 on Cisco 877 up without a host connected?

Hello,

I have a Cisco 877 I'm configuring and I have to leave my PC connected to one of the 4 port FE ports to keep the VLAN 1 up, is there a command I can use to keep  the VLAN 1 up at all times?

int vlan1

  no autostate
