Im looking a L2 switch, with some L3 features, especifically static ip routing.

Which family can do that?

3560 series switch is a layer-3 device so will do static routing and a lot more besides.

2960S series switch is a layer-2 device. Both 2960 and 2960S series switches with 'LAN Base' IOS are fine. I think you need to amend the SDM template to enable static routing though and are limited to a total of 16 static routes, but this may have changed, so check the latest IOS versions. 'LAN Base' Data sheet:

Avoid the cheaper 2960 and 2960S 'LAN Lite' range. They cannot do static routing and cannot be upgraded to 'LAN Base' IOS.

Most switches with basic license can do static routing.  You can use 2960, 3560, 3750 series.

Here is the datasheet for 3560 series:

To be more especific. I know that there is a family of L2 (LAN BASE) that support a maximun of 16 ip route statements.

I need to know which is this family, 3560 or 2960S or both?.

The answer is in the 2960s switch software configuration guide:

Steps for Configuring Routing

Note The switch supports 16 static routes (including user-configured routes and the default route) and any directly connected routes and default routes for the management interface. The switch can have an IP address assigned to each SVI. Before enabling routing, enter the sdm prefer lanbase-routing global configuration command and reload the switch.
