L3 Switch with 24 10G-Ports

Hi Everyone,

We will replace our current two L3 Switches 3560G, which serve as our cores.  The following are the features we're looking for:

- Power redundancy
- Power redundancy
- can be stacked
- Capable of L3 switching

We can't have the Nexus model because we know they're too expensive. Your strong recommendation is gratefully acknowledged.

yes, you can use an uplink cat 9300  module with 1GB SFP to connect your legacy switches, when you are ready for 10G replace it with 10G SFP.

Look at the modules : C9300-NM-8X (example)

I look for Cat 9K new generation to replace old Cat switches: Cat 9300 is a good candidate and the best i can suggest here.

Hi, Thank you for the swift response.

We are currently upgrading the two core switches, but we will continue to use all of our access switches in the meantime. Will our 1G-Port SFP be compatible with these 9300 with 10G-Ports? Is it possible to connect a 9300 (10G-Port SFP+) to a 2960X (1G-Port SFP) and work as normally do?
