Hi, i am wondering if i can do this kind of etherchanneling.
We have a backup server with 6 gigabitEthernet and we wanted to bundle all 6 of them to form one logical interface with one ip address and physically connected to same vlan ports.
We also wanted to split the bundle physically to be connected to our two servers farms. 3 physical links go to Server Farm-1 and another 3 goes to Server Farm-2.
WE are using Cat 6509 for server farms as layer 2 switch while core switches are 6513s with routing capability.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Friend,
You want to split etherchannel from your server on to 2 different physical switches which is not possible as of now.
Can you update which sup you have installed on your server farm switch and which version of code you are running on the same?
Regards,
Ankur
