I am building new LAN for my office. I have two 3560 running L3 connecting to MPLS, two 3750 and bunch of 2960 and 3560 PoE switches. Which would be the best design. Please look at 3 attached scenarios (diagrams) and express your professional opinion. Any ideas welcomed.

1 & 2 looks OK. Don't know about 3.
1. DO you know about the WS-C2975 series switches? It's 48-port, 10/100/1000BaseTx PoE (24-ports only, first-come-first-serve) and it's fully stackable.
2. Why are you using WS-C3560G-48PS-S for? What's it connected to?
3. Instead of the 3560, why not use 3750 so you can stack?

WS-C3560G-48PS-S are used because I need PoE switches for IP telephony and for APs. They are already in the network. Now I am adding WS-3750-12S to aggregate on them all switches connecting to the network through the fiber uplinks. 3560 has only 4 SFPs and 3750 has 12 SFPs. Since I am connecting 8 switches using fiber I need to use 3750-12S. I never used WS-2975.
