LAN not camd up without Cisco Phone

Hi Guys.!!

I have an incident that for Thin Client LAN port not came up . When we connect through IP phone its working unless its doesn't up.

Can you guide me to sort out this issue..

What is your thin client (brand and model), and what is your Lan port (switch brand and model) ?
