Dear All.I am a network administrator of a small organization. Soon we are going to shift in a new building. I have created a document as per my new building lan design. Can any body help me regarding the design. I am uploading a pdf .I want suggestions .Plz check my pdf (especially VLAN and STP).

Looks pretty straightforward and should work fine . Set the root for all your vlans on the 3750 . Not that it matters in this scenario as there is no redundancy or built in loops stp has to deal with but still good to set anyway. Looks like you are trunking to each access switch and letting the switches negotiate the trunk which is fine , some people force the trunks on , matter of preference there. If the traffic has to be restricted you will then have to develop ACL's to do this for the vlans that need restricted access .

Dear Glant
Thanks for your responce.Regarding the redundancy, another 3750 I shall add later for hsrp and load balancing.Right now I am unable to install two 3750 due to some budgte constraint.I am planning for two uplinks from each access switch. Will it be ok.???I would like to get some advice on another thing .My VLAN 9 will for the servers. It will have 1 gigabit port connecting to 3750.Now I want another gigabit port of the server switch to be used becoz all the users will be accessing the servers all the time. Can you help me regarding that ....

Not quite sure what you are saying there. Are you saying you are going to have a server on the 3750 itself in vlan 9 and you want dual links to that ? If so , that can be done as long as the server nics have port channeling capability. Just set up a etherchannel to the server itself then .
