Mainly License part, you need network advantage License, If you using DNAC then you need to look DNAC Licese here.
Other notes :
1. what uplink Modules and speed.
2. stackking cables (if you are stacking)
3. right SFP and ports (ethernet ports or SFP ports) or mGig ports.

common for all switches -
- number of ports and speeds required
- PoE or non PoE
- if PoE is using, how much power budget
- MAC address table size
- throughput
- uplink modularity and options
- power sources and redundant options
- stacking options
- SFP compatibility for SFP switches
-QoS if required
-storage and memory
- VLAN capacity
- monitoring capabilities
additional For L3 switches-
- routing protocols supported
- IPV4 and V6 route capacity
- TCAM capabilities
- in cisco SD Access capabilities, if you are planning to use
this are quick things comes to my mind to check.
