Hi guys,
I want to test my internet link whic is of 4mbps. I want to understand how do we test this link on router, other than ping test wht could be done to check the thghput of. Link

There are many third party tools to check the link, here are some below:
Here's free tool that I use from IXIA called Qcheck

IPerf: ( Install small iperf in a Station 1 and Station 2 and run it to get the graphical bandwidth value for that link.)

router#sh int type module/slot command provides the 5 min avg. throughput.
