Here we have a 1921 router. Also we have 2 different service providers. we connected them two different Giga por of the router. each ISP have 1:1 transfer rate. Can we combine them to get a transfer rate of 2:2 ? help me to configure the same.

I do not understand the part of your question about 1:1 transfer rate and 2:2 transfer rate.

The part of your question where you ask about combining them is more clear. If you have 2 connections, each with an Ethernet handoff, from 2 different service providers, then there is not any way where you can actually combine them. The point of having connections to 2 service providers is that they are separate, not combined.

Depending on how you have set up routing you should be able to send some outbound traffic to each provider and possibly get more throughput than the capacity of a single link, which may be what you are trying to achieve. And depending on how you have set up routing with the 2 service providers some of your inbound traffic may come through one provider and some traffic come through the other provider.
