load-interval 60 on Catalyst and Nexus switches critical?

Hey guys,

I didn't find a useful answer.

There are a lot of N9K switches and Catalyst 9200L switches and I would like to use load-interval 60 on every interface.

On N9K there are a lot of 10Gig interfaces where a lot of traffic go through.

Is there any impact if I use load-interval 60 on all ports?

Hello,

No, there should not be any impact. Load interval just sets the period, for which average utilization is calculated.

Data gathering and calculation itself occurs every 5 seconds, doesn't mater what load-interval is set, so there should not be any changes, which could impact performance.
