Looking for way to check SN of GLC-LH-SMD

We have purchased a few GLC-LH-SMD modules and I would like to understand if there is a way to know is there a way to check the SN and see who is the manufacture or version of the module. Yes it is in Cisco packaging SN - AVJ21033591
