Hi at all,
we have a strange Problem.
We have two 6509-Core-Switches with Version 15.1(2)SY.
After updating one Core-Switch to Version 15.1(2)SY10 the HSRP doesn't work anymore (we updated the standby-HSRP-switch).
Once the Core-Switch becames up, the HSRP is starting switching between active - speak - standby.
The following Messages were occuring:
%MAC_MOVE-SP-4-NOTIF: Host 0000.0c9f.f0f4 in vlan 990 is flapping between port Te1/3 and port Router
%HSRP-5-STATECHANGE: Vlan990 Grp 244 state Active -> Speak
%HSRP-5-STATECHANGE: Vlan990 Grp 244 state Speak -> Standby
%HSRP-5-STATECHANGE: Vlan990 Grp 244 state Standby -> Active
and so on.
After getting back to Version 15.1(2)SY HSRP works fine.
Has anyone an idea, what is causing this problem? And what is the port called "Router"?
In "show interfaces" we don't have a port or an interface with this name.
