mac address not learning on Primary HSRP Switch but learning on secondary hsrp switch

Hi,

I have one server connected to Nexus 5k.On nexus 5k i am able to learn the MAC address.That 5k connects to two Nexus 7k distribution switch.One 7k switch is primary hsrp switch and other one is secondary hsrp switch.The secondary switch has the mac-address in the arp entry but on the primary switch when i check the arp entry,it says INCOMPLETE.

Does anyone know whether this will affect the communication and how to fix this issue ?
