Hi,

Maybe an STP issue and hard to tell without knowing how your network is connected. Is there a way to down Gi1/1/1  to Gi1/1/4 or Po1 and see if the problem goes away? You may want to make the change during off-hours as it could be disruptive.

I have seen this issue more of the network Wireless roaming - but this was not caused by any network issue as we have seen,

if this is only 2 MAC flapping, should not cause, but as suggested worth looking at any spanning tree issue, make a small network diagram, and investigate end to end.

you did not give any AP and wifi device information here,  have you seeing this issue from Long or recently started mainly you mentioned the wifi network issue ?

how about a wired network? is that working as expected?
