Manage Bandwidth

I am trying to manage bandwidth of 192.168.1.x to restrict it to 512 kb of Internet access while allowing another subnet full access. Can you recommend the best way to do this?

You can try configuring access list based rate limit using CAR commands(Committed Access Rate).
