Management panel projection/resource reservation

I am trying to find out a document that can guide me XE 17.x.x harden guide special for management panel but did not find it on google.

Can anyone guide me to similar commands in XE 17.x.x (Cisco C9200, C9300, C9500) to "memory reservation console" and "schedule interval" of old Cisco IOS? Actually, Looking for a way to access the switches in high CPU or memory utilization.
