Member of 3850 Stack got removed.

I have 2x3850 switch in stack. One of the switch got removed from stack.

Current state of that switch is Removed.

Its running 03.06.06E.

I removed all the stack cables and reloaded ,shut down and connected stack cables again.But when it tries to syn same issues.

I see below in the logs.

 %STACKMGR-1-RELOAD_REQUEST: 2 stack-mgr:  Received reload request for switch 1, reason Bulk Sync Failure

There is a line of configuration that goes like "switch 2 provision <SWITCH model>" remove this and save the config.

There are 2 lines,issue is with sw1 so which one should i remove? What does removing this line do?
