it is ok
is it corrupted memory?
how to fix it?
and aslo with System image file is "flash:c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-8d.bin"
it dos not show voice ports for WIC2-FXO in runn conf

Are you sure you want to use this IOS?
This version, 12.2(24)T is no longer available for download. It seems that this particular IOS has been "pulled" and most likely due to highly critical bugs.

not exactly this one.
I can use another one with cme 7.0
but not cme 3.3 in ios c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-8d.bin

It could be you have insufficient RAM to run that image. (If you have access to Cisco's IOS images, it will tell you RAM requirements.) (Look at how much bigger the newer IOS is in flash, and this before it's decompressed.)
If this is the case, your choices are to install extra RAM (if the platform supports more) or run an image with lower RAM requirements. (For example, if you don't need Advance Enterprise features, a lessor feature set might use lower RAM.)
