Hi All
I am looking at building a new template for my 2960x switches
I am looking at memory and processor protection, can anyone give me some recommended values for the following
memory free low-watermark processor
memory free low-watermark io
memory reserve critical
memory reserve console
process cpu threshold type total rising 80 interval 10

Hi
You would want to base it on your current mem that the switch has and then give a value based on that , its going to vary depending on that , personally I have mine set on threshold if it falls below to 20% of current memory that switch has notify me , for processor and io
but for critical I just set a couple of mb so it has enough memory to notify if something is wrong
I didn't think the console syntax was available on 2960s could be wrong though , thought it only allowed critical
