Hi All my company is moving away from Meraki and on to traditional architectural of locally managed switching & routing
I think I already know the answer but thought I’d ask anyway.
Will a MV12WE Meraki Camera with other cisco equipment i.e 3850 switches

Each of your cameras still need to have a license, but you can connect it to any network regardless of vendor.

The licenses are subscription based right?

Yes, just go to Organization -> Licensing and you should see the amount of MV licenses you have and the remaining subscription time.

At least this is what is documented and what you should expect. But I also had a meraki-org that was running over half a year without valid license. I expect this was more a bug than a feature.
