when i do sh mod 9 on switch

Correct. You should remove the new blade (if already installed) and then "clear config 9". After that then install the new card and configure then new interfaces. It shows disabled because the existing configuration shows a different card installed.

Did you have a 48 port blade in the switch previously? This means that the config still reflected a 48 port blade in slot 9 and you put in a 24 port blade. Usually you will either need to reboot the switch for the config to clear out the old interface configs or issue the "clear config 9" command.

i do had 48 port blade in switch previously.

so i can ran the command clear config 9 that will fix the problem?

also why all ports on module 9 show disabled?

Clear config 9 should fix it , you may have to reload the slot so it recognizes the new card correctly .
