Hello: I have a Core c6509 (bootflash:cat6000-sup2k9.8-1-3.bin) with a WS-X6148-RJ-45 in slor 5. Recently that module suddenly failed but in the output of the show module command, its status was OK, and no logs were generated, eventhough all leds were ambar. After reseating the module, it worked fine again, however, what can be causing that we were not able to see its real status through any command?
Another curious thing: show environment command output, all parameters of that module show N/A:
