hi,
I have a Cisco 877 router bandwidth always 100%, is there a free tool and anyway to monitor who are using most of the bandwidth? There in another Cisco 877 router in the same network working well and bandwidth are reasonable. Both are use to surf internet by different users and all users are fixed IP address.
Thanks.

Try the function "IP accounting".

Hi, leo,
thanks for your quick reply. We cannot find "ip accounting" in our Cisco SDM. Is there any tips how to use it? Thanks.

enable netflow feature on your 877 and run netflow program on your server/pc.
http://www.solarwinds.com/products/freetools/netflow_analyzer.aspx
int vlan1
ip route-cache flow
ip flow-export version 5
ip flow-export destination

Hi,
As people said, if you installed NetFlow Analyzer in any LAN system and enable NetFlow in the router 877 then you will get clear picture about the bandwidth usage.
It will give you informaiton like which application (http, dns, https) is using more and what source and destination.
Regards,
Naidu.
