Monitor Session on C9500-24Y4C

Hi All - Trying to setup a monitor session on my C9500 running switch stack virtual , trying to use vlans as the source but can only add 5 before I get the "unrecognised command" error message.

Running Gibraltar 16.12.0

Core_Switch(config)#monitor session 1 source vlan 32 , 34 , 36 , 38 , 42 , 44 , 46 ?

both Monitor received and transmitted traffic
rx Monitor received traffic only
tx Monitor transmitted traffic only

All the documentation I can find says 32 vlans max so is this a bug ?, IOS limitation ? or hardware limitation ?
