Not sure these are SMB switches has focussed more of GUI based , not sure when you getting information GUI why you like to do same in CLI Level ? any reason ?

in enterprise switchses : ( we use below command)

show interface gig 1/1 transceiver 

May be you can try below command :

show inventory

show fiber-ports optical-transceiver

Hello, thanks for your response

these commands helps in fetching most of the columns, but we still can't get Transmitter Fault and Data Ready, do you have any idea about the way of getting them.

Did you try

sh tech-support - full info about device (im not sure about the availability of this command in this switch)

sh inv - you can see serial number and model sfp

sh int .. tranciever detail - level, power etc
