Hi Genius,

 

 Is MSTP block port will forward the control protocol informations?

MSTP Block port
Once the MSTP port is blocked it won't forward any information.

Jaggy,

 

no becuase once blocked, it will need to keep listening to BPDUs to potientially put it back in forwarding
