I have a stack of 3750e switches that run our VoIP traffic. We are having issues where we have call groups so when user A gets a phone call it also rings 2 other users. To do this it uses multicast. We are having issues where user A's phone only rings 1 time but on the other end it rang for 20 seconds. I was told this was a multicast issue. How do I enable Multicast to work properly on a 3750e switch to fix the issue?

That is not a multicast issue. That is a setting on the call manger.
