my switch is not accessible through telnet

my switch is not accessible through telnet , Earlier we used to access but from yesterday we are not able access that switch . Its a 4948E, we are getting ping to sw IP adderess and also the switch is switching the traffic more than 16 Gig .. why cant we access it ??

 

No Firewall and NO ACL is blocking to access it..!!

What has changed on the switch? -are the vty lines allowing telnet- does the switch have a default-gateway.

connect the console cable and post the configuration to look, I am sure there may configuration change or some VTY line stuck with users.
